Nunyara Care Plus is a nurse-led consultancy dedicated to delivering compassionate care for those navigating disability and aged care systems in metropolitan Melbourne. Grounded in evidence-based practice, our services empower individuals, their families and carers as well as service providers.

About us as a Team

 

At Nunyara Care Plus, we believe in care that restores, empowers, and connects.

 

The name “Nunyara” is drawn from an Indigenous word meaning “to restore to health” or “to make well again.” It reflects our purpose: to support individuals, families, and communities in regaining strength, clarity, and quality of life—no matter how complex the journey.

 

Guided by clinical expertise and cultural respect, we deliver nurse-led outreach and consultancy for people of all ages. Whether you're navigating the NDIS, managing ongoing health needs, or seeking support through the aged care system, our team walks alongside you with care and understanding.

 

At Nunyara, we go beyond task-based care. We bring together clinical precision, cultural humility, and a strong belief in partnership—ensuring that the systems around you become easier to navigate, and your goals more achievable.
